Now it’s really time for some fun! During this exciting time, you’ll work with our top Design Consultants at our award-winning Design Center to craft a home tailored to fit your life. Your values. Your family. Your future. After all, it’s your home – and we’re here to help make it that way.
Pre-Construction Meeting
Your home is on its way to becoming a reality! Before we start construction, you will have the opportunity to meet with your Project Manager who will review your build plans with you and ensure it’s just as you envisioned! During construction, you will meet with your Project Manager again for your first walk-through before the drywall goes up. They will lead you through the home, verifying electrical wiring and any necessary exterior selections.
Relax!
…and start packing! Your job is done and it’s time to sit back and relax while your new home is completed. While every Eagle home is unique, all are built with exceptional quality and delivered with personal touch.
Home Orientation Walk Through
It’s time for the Home Orientation Walk Through! Experience your new home and learn about the care and maintenance of your home’s features. Although we’ve already inspected your home to ensure everything is up to Eagle’s standards, we want you to have the same comfort level before you close on your home.
Welcome Home Celebration
Congratulations! You have just received your keys and at last, your new home is yours! Join your Project Manager at your finished home to meet your Customer Service Technician and review any items from the Home Orientation Walk Through that called for a little extra attention.
After Closing
Now it’s time to settle in and enjoy your new home! The Eagle Advantage Home Warranty gives you the peace of mind to do just that. So, make yourself comfortable. We’ve got you covered. While we aim for exceptional quality in every home we build, we understand that things don’t always turn out as they should. You can submit your warranty claims at 90 days and again at 11 months. A plan will be put into place to fix all warrantable claims and take care of your concerns.
