Living in a low maintenance Eagle home means you can spend less time doing chores, and more time making memories with family and friends. In an Eagle low maintenance community, you don't have to spend your time worrying about your lawn as much because Eagle takes care of you! This could include mowing and irrigation to raking and mulching. Also included in some communities is weekly trash pickup. Each community is slightly different so be sure to get the details when you visit!

I am loving my Eagle home and such kind and friendly neighbors. I would certainly be remiss to not give a tremendous 'Thank you!' to the extraordinary team over at Eagle Construction. To be honest, I fully expected some hiccups given that I went the custom home route, just based on my lack of experience with the process and some stories I had heard of other custom builders. However, every single Eagle representative I interacted with was completely transparent, and attentive to my needs and desires. From the purchasing on the front end, to design, through construction I felt completely comfortable and trusted everyone wholeheartedly, rightfully so as they over delivered at every step. It's rare these days to find such a thoughtful and caring business. They even strayed from their original design to make my house completely accessible for my needs. Many builders wouldn't have even considered taking their plans back to the architectural design phase for accessible architectural design modifications. Not only did Eagle jump at the opportunity to make it work for me, they did so without tacking on the "disability premium" that we as wheelchair users have grown accustomed to with just about anything marketed to those with disabilities. If you are looking to build a high quality custom home (accessible or not), I would HIGHLY recommend Eagle Construction.
