The Breakers Trip Rules and Regulations*
The following rules must be satisfied in order for the selling agent to qualify:
- Must be an active member of the Richmond Association of Realtors or Williamsburg Association of Realtors
- Selling Agent must be present at writing of purchase agreement
- Eligibility is subject to exclusion based on purchase agreement negotiations
- Purchase agreement must have all contingencies satisfied including financing (Loan Approval Letter per purchase agreement) by July 31st, 2021.
- No compensation/refunds for unused trips or multiple purchase agreements written by the same selling agent during the promotion. Selling agent cannot qualify for more than one trip
- Selling agent will receive a W-9 tax form to be filled out/signed by themselves and a spouse and/or guest prior to the trip date.
