Eagle Realty of VA., LLC is currently seeking energetic results-driven entrepreneurs for full-time New Home Sales positions for exciting new communities that will be opening in the Central Virginia area.

Responsibilities:

  • SELL EAGLE NEW HOMES
  • Understand the Eagle “Elite Customer Experience”
  • Be able to explain and convey what the experience means to the customer
  • Build an extensive knowledge of ‘everything’ you need in order to be the best at selling homes you can be. Develop your “unconscious competence” (Contract and sales process, Construction, Community information)
  • Strive for continuous improvement
  • Create, manage and meet the annual sales goals
  • Develop and understand your own Eagle Value Proposition as it relates to your community
  • Monitor the competition
  • Work hard, but understand Eagle New Home Sales is all about results! 
  • Make sure the homes and site you are working in is ALWAYS presented in its most desirable condition
  • You must be the EXPERT in the knowledge of the position you hold
  • Proactively communicate with the Sales Director any concerns about factors limiting your ability to make sales.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Excellent customer service skills are essential with a strong knowledge of sales techniques, including greeting, presentation, close, and follow-up.
  • Knowledge of the home construction process is helpful.
  • Excellent organizational skills, good listener, ability to work independently, a team player with very good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential to success.

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:

  • Good computer knowledge and skills (MS Office, Internet and Prospecting Software) are helpful.

Education and Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college-degree preferred;
  • at least one (1) year new home sales and/or customer service experience;
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: 

  • Strong knowledge of real estate practices or current real estate license is helpful.
