Take A Tour
Healthy Communities:
Many Eagle communities are walkable, include fitness centers, recreational areas, walking trails and preservation areas.
Sprinkler System Timers:
Irrigation timers help reduce excessive
water usage.
E3 Third Party Certified:
To meet the E3 certified criteria each home undergoes at least 3 different tests at various construction stages by an independent third party inspector. Other green building programs only test and certify 1 in 7 homes they build.
Recycled Construction Waste:
75% of all construction waste is recycled including, brick, concrete, block, lumber, drywall, metal, cardboard, plastic, ceiling tile, paint and drywall buckets.
Low - E Windows:
These windows are coated with a nearly invisible metal or metallic oxide layer that helps suppress the transfer or radiative heat flow, keeping the outdoor climate where it belongs - outside!
Spray Foam Insulation:
This is used to seal all seams and openings in the homes frame. It’s also sprayed on the walls to create a "flash coating". Next the fiberglass batts are layered on top of the closed-cell foam barrier, completing the insulation system.
Blower Door Tested:
A blower door test is a diagnostic tool using a variable speed fan to measure how tightly sealed a house is and locate air leakage sites. All of our E3 homes are blower tested.
