community as well that are open Saturday 10 - 5 pm and Sunday 12 - 5 pm.

Q. Are there age requirements for residents?
CrossRidge is an age qualified community for active adults 55 years of age and better. Only one of the property owners has to be 55 or older and children coming home from college for the holidays or for summer vacation are very welcome
Q. Where do residents shop?
CrossRidge is ideally located close to your kids, your grandkids and everything else. Major shopping centers such as Virginia Center Commons and Short Pump Town Center are conveniently close and convenience stores are literally minutes away. And, to serve our residents better, CrossRidge has the Village Shoppes next to the main entrance.

Yes, definitely. The Henrico Doctors Parham medical complex is just minutes away. There are also many doctors' offices in the area surrounding CrossRidge.
